Language Learning the Montessori way

We are developing a Montessori Language Learning program where children will explore learning materiales across key areas of this prepared environment specially designed for additional language acquisition.

Pilot and Living Labs

As part of development of the Garden of Words (GoW) Montessori specialism program for LL we will be conducting a pilot study in Glasgow this summer. We will use Spanish as the target language for this pilot.

In other regions Living Labs for the GoW are being set up to further develop this program, trial key areas, scafolding and proposed learning materials.

GoW working groups

We are a collective of Montessori and non-Montessori practitioners, researcher and interested people working together on this research project.

We have regular meetings and are organised in subgroups and teams.
